Warranty and After-Sales Service
All the products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer of the product defines the period and coverage of the warranty. The warranty is explicit to the person and/or company that has been issued for and it is under no circumstance transferable to any other person and/or any other company.
Allmaednatural.com limited warranty does not cover (refer to the “Warranty” document for more details):
Abnormal use or non-conforming usage of products. You must always consult the user’s manual provided with the product.
Damage from external sources (liquids, shocks, accidents, electricity current fluctuations, etc.)
Consumables (batteries, etc.)
Allmaednatural.com will not be held responsible in the event that the manufacturer refuses to honour the warranty due to, but not limited to, any of the above noted reasons. In the event where the manufacturer will not provide service under warranty, an estimate of the cost of the repair will be given to the customer. Service rates are available upon request.
If the product (refer to Accessories) is dead on arrival (DOA) it will be replaced immediately.
DOA products must be reported immediately to our Customer Service Department.
